Empowered Growth Solutions has been operating for a number of years, with Mitchell bringing many additional years of hands-on experience in business improvement, consulting, implementation, sales, operations, leadership and commercially sensitive matters.
Mitchell grew up around family business and has been involved in business throughout his life. Over many years, he has provided practical consulting, implementation and commercial support across a wide range of industries.
His work focuses on identifying what is not working, understanding what needs to improve and helping businesses make practical changes. This may include improving sales functions, strengthening operations, reviewing systems, supporting key staff, improving business structure, implementing technology, working through complex decisions and assisting with high-level negotiations.
His experience spans family-run businesses, local service businesses, trades, hospitality businesses, restaurants, cafes, medical practices, construction, manufacturing, machining and engineering workshops, rural businesses, farming operations, events and nightlife.
